We are proud to announce that our union has negotiated the largest wage increases in our nearly 100-year history.

Maintaining free family healthcare benefits was a defining issue in the negotiations.
Under the new contract, the employer contribution to the Pension Fund will increase by half a percentage point on January 1, 2027.
The union’s leadership has been working on ways to expand how we can help ease our members financial burdens outside of work – starting with addressing the skyrocketing costs of housing and child care.

Juneteenth. Improved bereavement benefits. Fully paid parental leave.


Our union’s Business Agents and Delegates are already exceptional at enforcing the rights under our contract. This new agreement includes improvements to the grievance and arbitration provision that will make contract enforcement even more effective and give us more power to take on bad actors.
