The Pre-Paid Legal Fund provides eligible union members with free legal services for a wide range of issues.
Our union has negotiated to create a Pre-Paid Legal Fund that provides union members with free legal assistance.
Through this benefit, union members gain access to free lawyers for a wide range of issues – including buying a home, landlord/tenant disputes, representation in foreclosure or eviction proceedings, immigration, estate planning, credit issues, divorce and child custody cases, and more.

Who's eligible?
Access to the Pre-Paid Legal Fund is negotiated in your union contract. Generally, members are eligible after one year of covered employment.
