Local 6 members at the Harmonie Club ratify the first Master Club Contract!

Local 6 members at the Harmonie Club have ratified our union’s first-ever master contract for private clubs in a sweeping vote! The new master club contract is a significant step towards growing our power at the bargaining table for club employees. Not only does it bring higher pay and protect health and retirement benefits, but it secures new, standardized rights and benefits that club workers didn’t have before.

“We’re the second oldest club in the city,” said Billy Cruz, a Club Front Office Clerk at the Harmonie Club. “It’s so exciting that this will pave the way for other clubs.”
