Keith Lackerson, a Cage Cashier as Resorts World NYC, uses some of his free time to serve as the head coach of the Brownsville Mo Better Jaguars – a youth football team in Brooklyn. This past fall, his team had an undefeated season and went on capture the Pop Warner National Championship in Orlando, Florida – one of the largest youth football tournaments in the United States. Keith credits his union job, and the set schedule and PTO that come with it, for allowing him to balance having a full- time job and being the head coach of the youth team. Keith's team almost did not receive enough funding to travel with the entire team to Florida, but thanks to donations from the Brownsville community they were able to secure enough funding for flights, lodging and food.
