After Resorts World Casino NYC opened live table games this spring, over 1,300 Table Games Dealers are finding out in short order what a strong union can deliver – from minimum tokes (gratuities), to free family healthcare, to strong representation, and now, over $1.3 million in backpay for incorrect pay during their training period!

In 2025, Joe Zheng took our union's Dealer Training course, administered by the Benefit Funds' Industry Training Program in anticipation of the new casinos coming to New York City.
