Our union has negotiated an additional retirement option in a majority of our contracts: a non-matching 401(k) plan. The 401(k) plan allows members to save for retirement, with tax benefits.
Our union has negotiated an additional retirement option in a majority of our contracts: a non-matching 401(k) plan. The 401(k) plan allows members to save for retirement, with tax benefits. Because the union makes employers contribute to a pension plan, there are no matching employer contributions in this 401(k) plan.

The 401(k) plan is administered by Principal Financial Group. If you are already enrolled, you can access your 401(k) plan account on Principal’s website.
