Eamonn Byrnes

House Attendant | Romer Hell's Kitchen
E Byrnes

Our union is saddened to announce the death of Eamonn Byrnes, a House Attendant at Romer Hell’s Kitchen since 2008.

Eamonn was the youngest of four siblings. He is survived by his brothers Matthew and Christopher, his sister Colleen, and his nieces and nephews (who he was endlessly proud of).

Eamonn was an avid sports fan who rooted for the New York Mets and the New York Jets. He loved anything and everything related to football. Eamonn also enjoyed watching movies (he had a particular love of Star Wars).

Eamonn's brother, Matthew, described him as funny, friendly, and trustworthy. “He was an honest, good person,” said Matthew. “And an extremely proud uncle.”

Eamonn's favorite pastime was spending time with his friends and his family. “We were very close,” described Matthew.

“Eamonn was a loving guy,” added Matthew. “He loved his friends. He loved his family.”
