Corina has been a proud union member since 2013, working as a Room Attendant at the Metropolitan Club and as a Front Desk Agent at the Knickerbocker Club. In 2024, Corina joined HTC staﬀ full-time as a HEAT Organizer, after years of actively mobilizing members and participating in union events. In this role, she works to empower members by distributing contracts, initiating important conversations, and ensuring workers understand what’s at stake. For Corina, this work is deeply personal; having experienced the instability of working non-union jobs earlier in her career, she knows how transformative a union contract can be and how it changes lives – including her own. Corina’s passion for organizing comes from her deep-seated belief that every worker deserves dignity, stability, and a voice on the job.
