Ritz-Carlton New York popular with fans celebrating Yankees win

With the Yankees World Series victory parade running through downtown Manhattan, the Ritz-Carlton New York near Battery Park saw nearly 100 percent occupancy on the days surrounding the celebration. Within twelve hours of winning the baseball championship, the hotel had a 35 percent spike in reservations, presumably all revelers destined for the parade.
