We have reached an agreement with the NYC ESH Lexington regarding retroactive severance pay. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we will ratify your agreement through the Zoom video conference app. The ratification vote will be held Monday, August 2nd, at 4:30 PM.

At 4:30 PM your Union representatives will explain the agreement. To limit background noise, you will be muted until we open the floor up for questions or comments.
After questions, a Union representative will commence the ratification ballot poll. To vote you will click one option: YES to ratify the agreement or NO to reject the agreement.
Voting results
Results will be announced as soon as they are available through the UNION BROADCASTING NETWORK (UBN) text and email blast system. If you haven’t registered to receive text and email alerts from the union, you can do so here.
