Holiday hours at the Health Centers

Please be advised that the Brooklyn, Harlem, Midtown, and Queens health centers and pharmacies will be closed on December 24, December 25, December 31, and January 1 in observance of the winter holidays. The pharmacies will also be closed on Saturday, January 2.

Thursday, Dec 24: CLOSED
Friday, Dec 25: CLOSED
Saturday, Dec 26: Brooklyn, Harlem, Midtown, and Queens pharmacies open 9am-5pm
Sunday, Dec 27: CLOSED
Monday, Dec 28: All 4 Health Centers and 305 West 44th Street are OPEN
Tuesday, Dec 29: All 4 Health Centers and 305 West 44th Street are OPEN
Wednesday, Dec 30: All 4 Health Centers and 305 West 44th Street are OPEN
Thursday, Dec 31: CLOSED
Friday, Jan 1: CLOSED
Saturday, Jan 2: CLOSED

Monday, Jan 4: 14 Penn Plaza, Midtown and Queens Health Centers reopen for eligible members
New York State extends deadline to enroll in healthcare
The deadline to enroll in alternative healthcare coverage starting on January 1, 2021 has been extended until December 31st in New York.
Union staff will be on a holiday break until Monday, January 4th. If you need to enroll in an alternative healthcare plan, please contact MetroPlus (New York City Residents) or BlueCross BlueShield (New York State and New Jersey Residents) directly. If you have questions about COBRA, please call the Benefit Funds at 212-586-6400.

HTC represented workers who live in New York City can call 855-809-4073 Monday – Friday: 8 AM – 8 PM, Saturdays: 9 AM – 5 PM and Sundays: 9 AM – 1 PM.
MetroPlus agents will also be available to meet with HTC-represented workers on the following dates:
Saturday, Dec 26: at the Brooklyn, Harlem, Midtown, and Queens health centers from 9 AM – 5 PM
Monday, Dec 28: at 305 West 44th Street and at the Brooklyn, Harlem, Midtown, and Queens health centers from 9 AM – 5 PM
Tuesday, Dec 29: at 305 West 44th Street and at the Brooklyn, Harlem, Midtown, and Queens health centers from 9 AM – 5 PM
Wednesday, Dec 30: at 305 West 44th Street and at the Brooklyn, Harlem, Midtown, and Queens health centers from 9 AM – 5 PM
Effective January 4th: MetroPlus agents will be located and the Queens and Midtown Health Centers and 305 West 44th Street, 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday - Friday.

This devoted line is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM - 1 PM.
