The Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 booster shots are now available at the Union’s Queens, Midtown, Brooklyn, and Harlem health centers. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has authorized COVID-19 booster shots for all vaccinated Americans age 18 or older who received the initial series of Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine at least six months ago. Any individual who received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine is eligible for a booster shot at least 2 months after their first dose.

Additionally, children ages 5 and older are eligible to receive the Pfizer vaccine. Parents can schedule an appointment for their children at the health centers by calling the Benefit Funds at 1-833-386-3778.

Who’s eligible to get vaccinated at the Union’s health centers?
