The September 8th Labor Rally for Cuomo, Hochul and Espaillat

As we reported last week, a rally for Andrew Cuomo, Katchy Hochul and Adriano Espaillat was held in our Union’s auditorium on September 8, the day before New York’s Primary Day. We are happy to say that all three of these candidates won their primary contests the next day and member volunteers are working to make sure they win again on Election Day (November 4).

Plenty of members of our Union attended the labor rally, including those seen here, as did members of 1199, the Teamsters and the Building Trades. There were also many member volunteers working on various campaigns leading up to the primary. The Union thanks the many members who attended the September 8 rally and those who are working as volunteers on various campaigns right now.
