Overcoming Senate Republicans Filibuster of NLRB Appointees 

Senate majority Leader Harry Reid and Senate Democrats plan to invoke the "nuclear" option today if Republicans continue to filibuster President Obama's executive branch nominees for several long vacant posts, including some National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) posts. The "nuclear" option would allow Reid to confirm nominees and overcome the Republican filibuster.
