Groundbreaking for fourth Gem hotel in Manhattan

As reported by Hotel Interactive, Gemini Real Estate Advisors has broken ground for the GEM Hotel Union Square, to be located at 52 West 13th Street in Manhattan. The 18-story, 113-room hotel is slated to be the company's flagship property; its anticipated opening will be in 2012. At present, three GEM hotels are operating in Manhattan.
