Tavern draws interest of two more operators

Two more restaurateurs, Alan Stillman and Seth Greenberg, have each expressed interest in Tavern on the Green.

They join Donald Trump and the CEO of Cipriani USA, both of whom had signaled their interest very shortly after the city made known that Dean Poll would not be its operator.

Greenberg submitted a bid at the time the city issued its first "Request for Proposals" to operate the property.

The city has announced it will issue a new Request for Proposals.
