James Hotel’s 114 new rooms to open in Soho this summer

The James New York Hotel is expected to open in Soho this summer, a 114-room example of continued hotel development in New York City. The 20-story hotel, which is part of a mini-chain of boutique hotels that includes the James Chicago, is a brand of the Affinia Hotel corporation.
