Another new hotel on Manhattan’s Lower East Side

The number of new, ground-up Manhattan hotels continues to grow, as is evidenced by the recent opening of The Nolitan. Located at 30 Kenmare, on the corner of Kenmare and Elizabeth Streets, the 55-room boutique hotel opened early in August.

Attesting to the steady expansion of Manhattan hotels into neighborhoods where there previously had been none, several other boutique hotels the Mercer, Sixty Thompson, and the Crosby Street Hotel preceded the Nolitan in the area.
