No deadline to pick an Aqueduct rasino winner

The governor's office has not yet announced its decision as to which of the five remaining bidders will be awarded the contract to run the Aqueduct Race Track. While a governmental spokesman stated the administration is "hopeful" to have an agreement soon, a state senator criticized the administration's failure to act. The NY Hotel Trades Council has labor peace agreements with all of the bidders vying for contract.
