Grand reopening of The Surrey following renovation

Following a 14-month gut renovation, The Surrey, a NY Hotel Trades Council hotel on Manhattan's Upper East Side, announced its official grand reopening November 12, 2009. Available accommodations range from 350 to 4,500 square feet.
