Tavern on the Green operators make back-up plans

The operators of Tavern on the Green retained Streambank to help them sell the restaurant's intangible assets, the largest of which is its trademarked name once valued at $19 million. Streambank's services will only be needed if the LeRoy family, which operates Tavern on the Green, wins pending litigation against the city over who owns the restaurant name.
