Tavern gears up for holiday season

Tavern on the Green is focused on attracting as much business as it possibly can throughout the coming holiday season, its last under the LeRoy family, the restaurant's current operators. New Year's Eve is expected be a major event, and the restaurant's chief operating officer has promised that they will "decorate the place to the nines." At the end of 2009, the restaurant lease will be taken over by Dean Poll, who operates the Central Park Boathouse restaurant.
