NY Times article features HTC training program

November 10, 2009 7:00 PM

The NY Times devoted an article to the free classes in fine-dining serving skills and high-end culinary techniques available to NY Hotel Trades Council members at the state-of-the-art HTC/Hotel Association training facility in Queens. The Industry Training Program where members receive their training is a two-year old installation that includes a 2,000-square foot kitchen and a 60-seat restaurant. Members benefit from the classes in a number of ways, among them, learning new skills, or, if already experienced in the area, polishing their skills and learning more about related aspects of food service.
