Extell lays groundwork for three new NYC hotels

Extell Development has filed plans to build two new hotels and one combined hotel and residential building in Manhattan. All three hotels are, as yet, expected to be operated non-union when they open and are further evidence of the non-union hotel developments threatening our union's density in New York City.
