City Council holds firm on Kingsbridge Armory mall living wage requirement

When Mayor Michael Bloomberg used his veto power to build a mall in the Kingsbridge Armory in the Bronx, the City Council held firm with its demand for a living wage. The Council voted 48-1 against the project, successfully overriding the mayor's attempted veto.
